The vacuum feeder produced by our company is a new product developed on the basis of widely absorbing similar foreign products. At present, it is an ideal and perfect vacuum conveying equipment for powder, granule and powder mixture in China. Vacuum feeder automatically convey materials to packaging machine, injection molding machine, grinder and other equipment. It also direct convey the blend material to the mixing machine (such as V type mixer, two dimensional mixer, three-dimensional mixing machine, etc.), reduce the labor intensity of workers, solve the problem dust spillover when feeding etc., is a clean and civilized production equipment for pharmaceutical factory, food factory.

Main features

1. Compressed air should be oil-free and water-free.
2. The feeding capacity has been determined with a 3 meter feeding distance.
3. The feeding capacities are greatly different with different materials.

Vacuum feeder is composed of vacuum pump (no oil, no water), stainless steel suction nozzle, conveying hose, PE filter (or 316L stainless steel filter), compressed air backblow device, pneumatic discharging door device, vacuum hopper and automatic control device of material level, etc. The whole system is rationally designed and beautifully manufactured.Vacuum feeder has two kinds of clearance discharging and continuous discharging. Clearance discharging is reducing the investment cost of equipment and facilitating material level control. In most cases, we recommend users to adopt clearance discharging. Continuous discharge is generally used for vacuum conveying of materials over long distances and with large output.

Conveyor capacity will be effect a lot for the conveyor distance and material character.
