This powder production line mainly consists of automatic powder packing machine and powder conveyor. Also you can put a powder mixer into this line, which can premix powder evenly before filling into packing bag as your requirement.

2. Application
This powder production line can be widely applied in food, daily chemical industries, such as spice powder,
chilli powder, curry powder, milk powder, cocoa powder, flour, protein powder, salt, sugar, etc.
It can pack powder into bags from 1g-5000g with high accuracy±1%.
3. Main Characteristics & Features
3.1The dosing unit is the auger filler device that the auger is 90 degree angle to horizontal.
3.2 The screw auger is driven by the motor, the motor rotate and driven the screw auger,
the screw auger will driven and filling powder moves downward.
3.3The powder is filling into pouch and machine will automatically finish the bag forming, sealing, cutting, date printing, etc.
3.4 The advantage of long filling auger & filling nozzle design is to make very less powder dust adhere to bag's inside surface,
this will make quick filling speed and perfect bag sealing margin.
3.5 This powder line can complete the powder premixing, conveying, weighing, filling, bagging, bag cutting,
finished bag conveying in whole production line, other date printer, coder machine for option.
3.6 Whole powder line is a technical design for powder packing production in food, daily chemical industries, less area and space.
3.7 All machines adopt high food grade stainless steel 304 or 316L for option in customers' application requirements.
