Powder Filling Machine:

The powder filling machine is used to fill the containers with the content that is crushed in the powder form.
Automatic powder filling machine is a highly efficient machine and performs quick operation without requiring
more workforce. It is more suitable for round glass vials having a maximum speed of 120 vials per minute.
The machine has a filling accuracy of +/- 1%, depending on powder at controlled humidity below 30% Rh.
There is also a provision of rubber stoppering machine in the automatic powder filling machine that makes
sure that there is no spillage of powders once it is filled in the container.
A more advanced form of this machine is the Double Head Injectable Powder Filling with Rubber Stoppering
Machine, which has a maximum speed of attending 250 vials per minute. The machine parts that come in contact
with powders are made up of SS316 material. It is incorporated with a double head double track eight port twin powder wheel,
which works in the vacuum and air systems to fill powder in vial. It also comprises of on-line vibrator type rubber stoppering system
